These terms apply to your use of ZapKit and its tools. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

The service

ZapKit provides free online tools. There are no accounts and no paid plans. Tools may be added, changed or removed at any time, and the site may occasionally be unavailable.

Results are for information only

The tools are provided as they are, without any warranty. They are built and checked with care, but results can be wrong, out of date or based on assumptions that don't fit your situation. Estimates are labelled as estimates. Nothing on ZapKit is financial, tax, legal, medical or other professional advice. Check anything important with a qualified professional or the official source before relying on it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the site for anything unlawful, or to infringe anyone else's rights;
  • send automated or bulk requests to the site or its API endpoints, or try to get around rate limits;
  • try to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or the services it relies on;
  • misrepresent results from ZapKit as official figures from YouTube, a bank, a government or anyone else.

YouTube content

The YouTube tools show public information read through YouTube API Services. By using them you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Videos, thumbnails, titles, descriptions and other content belong to their creators. ZapKit doesn't download or host videos, and you are responsible for having the right to use any content you copy or export. ZapKit isn't affiliated with or endorsed by YouTube or Google.

Your files and inputs

Tools that work on your files or numbers process them in your browser, as described in the privacy policy. You keep all rights to what you put in and get out.

ZapKit's content

The site's design, text and code belong to ZapKit. You're welcome to link to any page and to share results you create, but please don't copy the site or large parts of its text.

Links to other sites

Pages may link to other websites, including through ads. ZapKit doesn't control those sites and isn't responsible for their content or practices.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, ZapKit and its operator aren't liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or reliance on its results, including indirect or consequential loss.
